Eligible products can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. Opened lens boxes cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item delivery.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Online payment refunds may take 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review and guide you through replacement or refund options.
